I had an appointment at 11 am on Wednesday, it wasn’t even looked at until Friday morning. I was irritated because I set up an appointment to have it looked at the same day but it wasn’t even looked at until two days later and then didn’t get it back until the following Monday. I worked all of those days and had no to car to get to work and wasn’t even offered a rental.
