I'm not sure why it said that on the service ticket, I will look into it and make sure it was handled properly and that the proper oil was placed in your car.

Not satisfied. I think I have a problem with my tire pressure monitoring system. I have been in several times for the same issue but I am not satisfied with the results because the same thing keeps happening. The service representative told me I had a slow leak but if I had not put any air in the tire, why wouldn't my tire be flat?

Sorry for that, I will look into what tech is working on your vehicle and make sure they understand how important it is to make sure we restore everything back to 100% the way it is suppose to be.
